I was coached by Mr. Brooks concerning a huge basketball decision, which later changed the course of my life. In 2007, I had no job, no vehicle, and extremely limited resources. I only had a talent in dribbling the basketball. I followed his instructions and just a few months later I signed with a basketball organization called “Court Kingz”(basketball entertainment company that contracts Professional dunkers, AND1 hoopers and other players with specialized abilities)
That one decision has changed my life for the better. Now married, a former Varisty Boys basketball coach and Player development specialist (Basketball Skills trainer).
Mr. Brooks is still very much involved with me till this day and has made a massive difference in my life.

Watching Dr. Brooks live on The Midnight Oil Broadcast has been a Blessing to me;
I was going through some very difficult and painful personal challenges that were keeping me up at night. It was very refreshing to attend the Midnight Oil helping others through the Covid-19 pandemic; by faith I found comfort in Dr. Brooks' candor and unique way of ministry. He is rich in evangelical experience through preaching and teaching, singing, praying and counseling. It was in October of 2020 Dr. Brooks directed a message to me , where he perceived the word "Avalanche", saying there was an avalanche of blessings coming towards me, both in my family and in my business. I accepted this word as easily as a glass of fresh water. I pictured in my mind's eye how this would look and I was perplexed and excited, not knowing then, that within 2 weeks or less I would learn that I had Two grandchildren on the way: a boy and a girl! Then business contracts for my home began to unfold and I had attained upgrades I wanted while caring for my mother. My business acquired an art studio and we experienced a steady slope of consistent commissions. Dr. Brooks helped me through the doldrums with heights and visions of snowy mountain capped avalanches, echoing Gods' Providence for believers.
